Fitness Must Become a Habit
Alarm screeches to life at 5am…we drag our sorry, sleeping bodies out of bed to start a workout regimen…begrudgingly. Does this sound at all familiar? It may not be at 5am, but I believe all of us have been in a position where we did not look forward to our upcoming workout routine and found every excuse to put it off.
Fitness is an important component in a healthy life style and a positive self-image. Besides documented health benefits, enjoyable fitness routines can be exhilarating. It is the Fretobu goal to feature monthly articles that will show you new ways to be fit. Fitness is activity. Activity does not need to be boring or monotonous. If you enjoy what you are doing, it will quickly become a habit. That is our goal.
